Elizio isn't clinical software with modern features tacked on. It was built from the ground up on a scalable microservices architecture, deployed on multi-region AWS. The AI is native, built on our own infrastructure with a custom medical vocabulary; no external vendor has access to your data. Regulatory compliance is integrated at every layer, not added as an afterthought. A technical foundation designed for longevity and expansion.

Co-Founder & CEO
A practicing naturopath, Clotilde co-founded Elizio out of her own field observations: collaboration that's hard to structure, patients disconnected from their care, very real professional isolation. She leads strategic vision, product design, partnerships, and fundraising. Day to day, she keeps talking directly with clinics and therapists to build a product that meets their real needs. She's currently part of the HEC Montréal Founders program.
Éric Damphousse
Co-Founder & CTO
Senior software architect with over 30 years of experience designing complex systems and secure cloud infrastructure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect. His career spans high-security, compliance-driven environments, including the National Bank of Canada. He's responsible for the entire technical architecture and development of Elizio — all built in-house.
Hands-on clinical expertise and senior technical leadership, brought together to build what the sector has been waiting for.
